Patient tech help, at your pace.

Whether it’s a new tablet, a scam call that shook you, or a computer that won’t do what it used to, we come to you, go at your pace, and explain everything in plain English.

You’re not alone

The worries we hear most.

Technology changes fast, and it can leave anyone feeling unsure. Here is how we help.

  • Worried about scams?

Scam calls, texts and emails are designed to rush you. We show you how to spot them calmly, and what to do if you clicked something you shouldn’t have.

  • Embarrassed to ask again?

Nobody learns this in one go. We go at your pace and explain in plain English, and no question is too small to ask.

  • Given up on a device?

A tablet in a drawer or a computer that does too much: we set it up so it does what you need, and show you how.

  • Feeling left behind?

Now that so much is online, from GP appointments to video calls with the grandchildren, we help you do it with confidence.

For families

Helping a parent or grandparent?

You can book for them and be there on the visit or on the phone. We explain what we did to both of you, and leave it set up so it’s easy to use.

Carers are welcome too. And when something breaks, we always tell you the price before we start, so there are no surprises.

Questions

What families ask us.

Can my son, daughter or carer be there?
Of course. Family, friends and carers are welcome on a visit, and we explain everything to both of you.
Do you come to retirement and sheltered housing?
Yes, we visit people at home. Group lessons are online, or at a venue near you: call us and we’ll tell you about the next group.
What does it cost?
Repairs are quoted before any work starts, and you’re free to say no. No fix, no fee: if we can’t fix it, you pay nothing. For lessons, call us for the next group and what it costs.
Is the phone call free?
Yes: 0800 772 0033 is free to call.
